Who I Am
I’m Anngel Jacobs, a Cleveland-based Computer Science Engineering student with a foundation in biotechnology and a strong focus on analytical, data-driven systems. My background combines scientific rigor with technical systems thinking, allowing me to approach business data with precision, structure, and clarity.
I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Biotechnology from Lakeland Community College, where I conducted QA/QC testing under GLP and cGMP standards and maintained detailed experimental documentation. This experience established a disciplined approach to accuracy, validation, and reproducibility principles I now apply directly to data systems and analytics work.
Alongside my academic work at Cleveland State University, where I am part of an accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s track in Computer Science Engineering with a minor in Mathematics, I have expanded into technical systems and infrastructure. Through hands-on experience and certifications in enterprise networking, security, and automation, I’ve developed a working understanding of scalable architectures, data security practices, and system-level troubleshooting.
Professionally, I’ve worked in technical environments supporting and troubleshooting computer systems, diagnosing software issues, and maintaining secure, reliable operations. This experience reinforced the importance of structured systems, clean data handling, and dependable performance across both technical and business contexts.
I am also an active member of professional and academic organizations, including the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), IEEE Women in Engineering, and Phi Sigma Rho. These affiliations reflect a continued commitment to leadership, technical growth, and professional development.
